We offer a 30-day return policy. Follow easy steps below for a fast, hassle-free return.
- The date is calculated from the date item arrives at the intended address.
- Ensure the original tags are attached and place the item in the original packaging.
- Fill in the return (Download here), and include it with the returned item.
Please send to address below. Once the item arrives in a re-saleable condition, we will proceed to refund immediately. Please note customers are responsible for the shipping cost for all returns.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot precede the returns without the above information, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.
For international returns, outside the EU, including the UK. We offer the same 30 days return policy. However, we are not able to refund custom duty nor VAT. It is the customers' responsibility to cover custom duty on the returning item.
In case of an undelivered return item, SENCE cannot proceed with the refund.
If you are not satisfied with part of your order and would like to proceed with the return, please follow the return procedure by filling in the item number and placing returns in original packaging with tags and invoice. We will process your returns as soon as we inspect the items, make sure they are in mint condition with tags.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returned items without original tags, nor in their original packaging.
All qualified returned items will be fully fundable to the original payment method within ten workdays from our warehouse's receiving date.
At the moment, SENCE online only accepts items that are sold exclusively in our online store. We cannot accept any items that have been purchased on any offline retailers.
