All orders are shipped as insured parcels via DHL from Germany. Shipping is CO₂-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €39.

Below is an overview of shipping costs, delivery times, and country-specific information:

 

Shipping within Germany

  • Shipping fee: €4.99 for orders under €39

  • Free shipping: for orders over €39

  • Delivery time: usually 3–4 business days

  • Note: No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays

 

International Shipping within the EU

All orders are shipped from Germany. No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU.

EU Standard Zone (e.g. France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, etc.)

  • Shipping fee: €13.99

  • Delivery time: usually 3–8 business days

 

Shipping to Switzerland

  • Shipping fee: €13.99

  • Delivery time: usually 3–8 business days

  • Note: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)

  • Shipping fee: €13.99

  • Delivery time: usually 4–8 business days

  • Note: Due to Brexit, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

International Shipping outside the EU (other countries)

  • Shipping fee: €13.99

  • Delivery time: usually 5–10 business days, depending on destination country

  • Note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be paid by the customer.

 

General Information

  • Shipping is insured and climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

  • Express shipping is not available at this time.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • If a parcel is undeliverable and returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
